Trang này hướng dẫn cách xoá dữ liệu bạn đã tạo hoặc kết nối trong Ads Planner.

Cách 1 — Tự xoá ngay trong ứng dụng (tức thì)

• Xoá dự án, danh sách từ khoá, mẫu quảng cáo trực tiếp trong ứng dụng
• Ngắt kết nối tài khoản Google Ads trong phần Cài đặt → Refresh Token bị xoá khỏi hệ thống ngay lập tức
• Xoá khoá API đã nhập trong Cài đặt

Cách 2 — Yêu cầu xoá toàn bộ tài khoản

Gửi email đến admin@vatlieuanvinh.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu", kèm theo:

• Tên đăng nhập trong ứng dụng
• Địa chỉ email bạn dùng để liên hệ

Chúng tôi sẽ xoá toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan (dự án, từ khoá, mẫu quảng cáo, số liệu đã đồng bộ, Refresh Token của Google Ads, và mọi khoá API đã nhập) trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc, và xác nhận lại qua email khi hoàn tất.

Lưu ý quan trọng

• Việc xoá là vĩnh viễn và không khôi phục được
• Dữ liệu đã được xuất/đăng ra ngoài trước đó (bài đã đăng, video đã tải lên, chiến dịch đã tạo…) nằm ngoài hệ thống của chúng tôi — bạn cần tự xoá ở nền tảng tương ứng
• Bản sao lưu định kỳ có thể còn lưu dữ liệu tối đa 30 ngày trước khi bị ghi đè hoàn toàn

This page explains how to delete data you created or connected in Ads Planner.

Option 1 — Self-service, instant

• Delete projects, keyword lists and ad copy directly in the app
• Disconnect a Google Ads account in Settings — the refresh token is removed immediately
• Delete stored API keys in Settings

Option 2 — Request full account deletion

Email admin@vatlieuanvinh.com with subject "Data Deletion Request", including:

• Your username in the app
• The email address you use for contact

We will delete your entire account and associated data (projects, keywords, ad copy, synced metrics, Google Ads refresh tokens, and all stored API keys) within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete.

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Data previously exported or published elsewhere (published articles, uploaded videos, created campaigns…) lives outside our system — you must delete it on the respective platform
• Periodic backups may retain data for up to 30 days before being fully overwritten
